In September and October, staff drove more than 3,000 miles conducting in person visits, advocating for youth, and meeting with young people across the state of Massachusetts, demonstrating our commitment to hands-on support.

In September, Educational Consultant Alison Greene began a new continuing education series for Volunteers and Staff on the IEP process, children/ families rights, and understanding common evaluations.

Since July, we have celebrated 6 FOCUS birthdays! We celebrate these incredible youth by sending them a gift of $75 and showering them with cards, text messages, and phone calls.

November 2025

Dear Friend,

In a season meant for gratitude and thanksgiving, a collective weight rests upon our hearts. For many of our neighbors—our children, teens, and struggling families—this month brings the added stress of basic needs. They are faced with the harsh reality of not knowing if they'll be able to afford food or heat this winter.

Yet, in these dark times, goodness abounds. We see our community—organizations and supporters alike—showing up in droves. We see the pop-up pantries and the individuals reaching out to neighbors in need.

Our promise remains simple:

We will continue to share in this collective effort and help lighten the load, showing up every day, in every way possible for those we serve.

With sincere gratitude,
