Friends of Children has maintained its independent child advocacy voice for vulnerable and marginalized children, youth and young adults since 1990. As advocates, we believe every child deserves opportunities to succeed and thrive in communities that honor their best possible selves. As part of our efforts to advance the best interests of children and youth in the state’s care and custody, Friends of Children has long sought to stay engaged in child welfare improvement efforts.
